Q:  Didn’t Jesus teach that “plants” not planted by the Father would be “rooted up”?

A: In Matthew15:13 we read that “Every plant, which my heavenly Father hath not planted, shall be rooted up.”

, Jesus was speaking of the Pharisees in particular, and unbelieving Israel, in general.  Only those whom God had chosen and planted, whose hearts are changed, will be blessed to see the kingdom of God on earth (the Messianic reign of Christ for 1000 years).

The self-righteous Pharisees and unbelieving Jews, who think they ‘are planted’ being ‘sons of Abraham’ will not see the glorious kingdom, being ‘rooted up.’

Their end is death, then resurrection and judgment at the Great White Throne.

Those who the heavenly Father has planted will be resurrected to be apart of the Messianic kingdom on earth.
